SUMMARY:Webinar: Function at Full Capacity: Creating Energy\, Connection and Courage
DESCRIPTION:Presented by The WICT Network Global \nIn today’s business landscape\, the relentless demands of daily tasks and routines can often overshadow the importance of organizational well-being and reflection on leadership. \nIn our next webinar\, Function at Full Capacity: Creating Energy\, Connection and Courage\, featuring Natalie Johnson\, Co-Founder and CVO of ViDL Work\, we will explore the three core pillars that allow a company\, business or team to function at full capacity: energy\, connection and courage. The workplace thrives on these functions as they collectively fuel productivity\, foster collaboration and empower individuals to overcome challenges and drive positive change. \nUnlock your maximum leadership potential by joining us in this inspiring training! Read the below attributes to learn more about what we’ll be covering in the webinar: \n• Energy is one of our most valuable resources yet most of us fail to manage it effectively. This workshop will focus on how we can connect to a significant motivator that will help us to transform and maintain behaviors that support physical\, emotional\, mental and spiritual energy.\n• Connection: Many teams struggle with ego conflict\, ineffective communication\, and a deficiency of trust. We’ll introduce a fundamental skill that will enhance team performance through the cultivation of trust\, effective communication\, and integrated collaboration.\n• Courage: Command and control leadership persists in most organizations as it relies on instilling fear to compel compliance. However\, this tactic is not sustainable\, and can often lead to burnout\, weakened organizational trust and unutilized resources. This workshop will define what it means to be a courageous leader and introduce a sustainable way of leading effectively. \nThis webinar is free to all members and will be recorded for future viewing. Visit our webinars page to learn more about the benefits of our member-only offerings. \n\n REGISTER
