WICT Midwest is excited to announce the return of the Premier Management Development Series in 2020!  Focusing on the Touchstones of Leadership, this program prepares participants for their next level of responsibility, taking them on a 5-month comprehensive journey of self-awareness, benchmarking, and application of knowledge…all in a virtual environment.

Program Overview

This year, to get the most out of the virtual training, there will be multiple concurrent cohorts to accommodate smaller class sizes.  Participants will engage in a series of ten sessions, supported by ten peer-to-peer coaching meetings over five months.  Cohorts will meet virtually every 2 weeks.  Each cohort is made up of 3 peer-to-peer coaching groups or PODS.  PODS of 4 meet independently outside of the main sessions with specific objectives to support one another’s development.

Program Details

This series explores what it takes to be an effective leader and develop the skills required to lead teams.  The program supports participants’ development through peer-to-peer coaching groups and the application of leadership skills and knowledge.

Hilary Pawsey and Todd Heskett, Managing Partners from Watermarq Consulting LLC, will facilitate the program drawing on their experiences in leadership development, people strategy, diversity and inclusion, and team performance. They will also customize the program to meet the specific needs of the participants to be reflective of their level of leadership experience.  Personalysis and 360 reviews are foundations to the program.

Through this program participants will benefit from:

 Learning directly from global corporate leaders with leadership and consulting experience across multiple countries and industries.

 Individual coaching sessions to help apply what is learned.
