Anna is passionate about creating and facilitating exceptional learning and development opportunities that create a sense of belonging and purpose for those she serves. As Business Training Program Manager, she leads the training and learning strategy for Midco Business. She leads her team in developing fundamental, digital training experiences that create resource experts across a variety of Midco’s departments. She enthusiastically facilitates Midco’s orientation and onboarding program, serves on Midco’s Women’s Leadership Program Committee, and promotes professional development as The WICT Network: Midwest’s Social Media Chair.
Outside of her role at Midco, Anna is actively involved in her community and holds leadership roles in several organizations. The most important role of all is mom. Anna and her husband, Brad, live in Sioux Falls with their 6-year-old daughter, Grace, and 4-year-old son, James.

Deejay is a Lead Sales Operations Specialist for Spectrum Enterprise, assisting and monitoring complex sales orders and revenue verification by mitigating financial risks and ensuring the efficiency of the orders. Eager to master various concepts and share her insight, Deejay often extends her expertise to various boundary partners, capitalizing on her strength and ability to work well within teams and group settings. Sally, the Senior Director of Reporting and Analytics at Charter Communications, is on a mission to revolutionize network operations through insightful business intelligence. Her dedication is driven by the goal of providing Spectrum customers with an unparalleled experience.
At the helm of a talented team, Sally spearheads efforts to deliver trustworthy information that transforms raw data into invaluable business insights. Her true passion lies in fostering personal growth and nurturing a positive work environment, not only for herself but also for her team.
Sally’s expertise extends beyond her role, as she authored “Think Like an Owner!” in Strategic Finance magazine back in 2013. A member of The WICT Network since 2006, she’s a distinguished alumna of the Betsy Magness Leadership Institute and she serves as the Advisor to the Board of Directors of The WICT Network: Midwest. She’s been a featured speaker at numerous chapter seminars and has actively participated in planning committees for the The WICT Network’s Global Leadership Conference. Sally holds a degree in accounting from Texas A&M University and is a Certified Public Accountant.

Sydney brings over a decade of marketing expertise to the table, with a seven-years in the cable and telecommunications industry. Her latest professional journey unfolds at TDS Telecom, where she plays an indispensable role in shaping and executing impactful marketing campaigns.
Before joining the TDS team, Sydney served as a Market Intelligence Manager at Charter Communications for an impressive seven-year tenure. During her time there, she was instrumental in regularly dissecting and monitoring growth performance data, contributing to the company’s strategic decisions. Sydney’s diverse marketing experience also includes working at Toppers Pizza as Senior Field Marketing Coordinator and Harley-Davidson Museum as Event Venue Coordinator.
Beyond her professional accomplishments, Sydney is a dedicated advocate for women’s advancement in the cable and telecommunications sector. As the Vice President of The WICT Network – Midwest Chapter, she leads a dynamic Board of Directors committed to empowering women at all career stages through personal and professional development initiatives.
She proudly holds an undergraduate degree in Public Relations from UW-Whitewater, earned in 2012. Her pursuit of knowledge continued, culminating in a Master of Business Administration degree with a Marketing emphasis in 2021.
When she is not working, Sydney can be found chasing around her two young boys, traveling with her husband, or snuggling with her 250lb English Mastiff, Moose.

Victoria’s approach to addressing complex business challenges is marked by her inquisitive nature, collaborative spirit, and a strategic mindset firmly centered on the well-being and development of people.
Outside of her professional endeavors, Victoria is a devoted mother to two wonderful children, Leo (aged 7) and Carmela (aged 6). Together with her partner, children and animals, they enjoy exploring the outdoors, cooking, and playing games together.
