2025 Premier Management Development Series

The WICT Midwest chapter is excited to announce the return of the Premier Management Development Series in 2025, recognized by WICT National for its outstanding Leadership Programming. In 2025, WICT Midwest and WICT Rocky Mountain have partnered with Mendez Coaching and Innovative Engagement to create an interactive, collaborative, and personalized learning experience to develop leaders at all levels. This year’s program will include key leadership topics that support professional and personal growth and set current and future leaders up for success. The Premier Management Development Series is designed to develop and enhance leadership skills for:

• High potential or experienced supervisors and managers with direct reports
• Emerging managers or project managers who lead cross-functional teams
• Individual contributors desiring to move into management roles

Cost: $1,200

Program Overview

Based on participation, we may offer two groups:

• Group 1 is for new and emerging individuals and leaders
• Group 2 is for experienced individuals or leaders with direct reports

At the start of the program, each participant will have a 30-minute one-on-one call with a facilitator to cover the program overview and discuss expectations and the participant’s people management experience for group placement. Throughout the program, participants will engage in nine virtual sessions designed to increase their skills and build confidence in their ability to lead in current and future roles. Between virtual learning sessions, participants will have eight peer-to-peer coaching pods designed to go deeper into the learning topics and build new connections and support. Additionally, for those wanting to go deeper, 1:1 coaching and assessment debriefs will be offered.

9. Influencing with Presence and Communication

Each session is 2 hours long to meet the needs of our busy professionals. You will also meet with your coaching pod for one hour between each session.

Location

All learning sessions and coaching pods will be virtual.

Application Process and Cost

• The full cost of the virtual program is $1,200, including all classroom sessions and materials.
• Each applicant must have leadership approval and support to participate in the program.
• Registration and payment must be submitted by March 28, 2025.
• Payment via a credit card will be needed during registration.
• Seating is limited in both groups, and registration will be on a first-come, first-served basis.
