2026 Premier Management

Development Series

We’re excited to share that the Premier Management Development Series (PMDS) is returning in 2026! This year, WICT is once again partnering with Natalie Mendez of Mendez Coaching and Sheryl Chacko of Innovative Engagements to deliver a program that blends practical leadership content with a strong sense of community. Participants learn from the material and from each other – building connections with peers, executive coaches and industry professionals who support their growth long after the program ends.

Each session is 2 hours long to meet the needs of our busy professionals. You will also meet with your coaching pod for one hour between each session.

Location

All learning sessions and coaching pods will be virtual.

Application Process and Cost

• The full cost of the virtual program is $1,200, including all learning sessions, assessments, coaching and materials.
• Each applicant must have leadership approval and support to participate in the program.
• Registration and payment must be submitted by April 10, 2026.
• Payment via a credit card will be needed during registration.
• Seating is limited in the 2026 cohorts, and registration will be on a first-come, first-served basis.
